At Frankie’s on the Park, we want you to love your new look; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Please note that clearance items and personalized products are final sale.

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items. Drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
